How to quit smoking in 5 days

If you have realized the harm of smoking, the desire to quit smoking would not be enough. The organism accustomed to a certain dose of poison (and nicotine is a poison) will demand it again and again, and you will be weak and sluggish, tired and sick. And this condition will last from 5 to 10 days. To facilitate the state, try to use a special diet. This diet was developed specifically for American astronauts.

The first day
Start the day with two glasses of cool water (water should be drunk on an empty stomach) and a contrast shower. During the shower alternate hot water with cold, but remember that the latter should be a cold douche; it will give you a charge of cheerfulness.
For breakfast, eat a fruit or fruit juices. You can have breakfast both. After breakfast make basic breathing exercises: deep breath – exhale, inhale – exhale and so on … By the way, when you want to smoke (during the day), repeat it all over again – two glasses of cool water and breathing exercises. At the lunch serve vegetable salad, steamed vegetables, pies, and fruit juice. And after dinner go for a walk. Dinner will be a little lighter than lunch and will consist of lettuce, stewed vegetables and green tea. During the day, try not to meet with smoking friends. It is not recommended to idle in this day, it is better to go for a walk. You should also to refuse from alcohol, as soon as you drink a little alcohol, you will want to smoke more.

The second and the third days
On the second and third day, drink again two glasses of cool water on an empty stomach in the morning and make breathing exercises. After breakfast, walk to work, and if it is far away, walk at least part of it. Food should be the same as in the first day. Suppress the desire to smoke a cigarette with breathing exercises, water and juices.

The fourth day
On the fourth day the desire to smoke will become weaker. Hold on! Keep on the diet and regime.

The fifth day
On the fifth day, you can feel the satisfaction, will begin to feel confidence in yourself and your strength. This is the final day of the diet and breathing exercises. After this day, you can go to your regular regime and diet, but without the destructive cigarettes…
